Assistant Project Manager
Job Details:
My client is a general and mechanical contractor who is actively seeking Project Engineers or Assistant Project Managers.
KEY JOB RESPONSIBLITIES:
Assist Project Managers with day-to-day project coordination and administrative tasks
Coordinate with internal teams, subcontractors, vendors and field staff
Assist with purchase orders, change documentation, and contract paperwork
Support preparation of RFIs, change orders, and project documentation
Maintain accurate project data in project management and ERP systems
Communicate routine project updates to project leadership
Visit construction job sites periodically to support coordination efforts
Observe field operations to learn construction sequencing and safety practices
Follow all company and jobsite safety requirements
