Job Title : Inside Sales Coordinator

Job Description:

Masters is seeking a full-time professional to work as a team member in our Precast Concrete Division, at the Olyphant, PA location. The Inside Sales Coordinator’s primary duties include sales, order processing, inventory management, data tracking, and delivery scheduling. This is a supervisory position for the delivery and installation team.

Job type: full-time; hourly with overtime

Skills :

• Detail oriented and highly organized.
• Solid mathematical ability.
• Strong communication capabilities.
• Experience with Microsoft 365.
• Background in sales, customer service, and/or logistics is preferred.
• Applicants must be at least 18 years of age.
• Pass a preemployment drug test.

Responsibilities :

• Handle all incoming calls into our sales office.
• Coordinate outside sales reps and customer leads.
• Process all sales and orders daily.
• Update internal order and inventory tracking systems daily.
• Schedule all pick-up and delivery orders.
• Lead and manage a team of delivery and install personnel.
