- Provide exceptional hair cutting, coloring, and styling services tailored to client preferences.
- Consult with clients to understand their needs and recommend suitable styles and treatments.
- Stay updated on the latest hair trends, techniques, and products to offer innovative services.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation, adhering to health and safety standards.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat business.
- Assist in promoting salon services and products through social media and word-of-mouth.
- Collaborate with team members to create a positive and supportive salon environment.
- Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge.
- Valid cosmetology license in the state of Pennsylvania.
- Proven experience as a hairstylist in a salon setting.
- Strong knowledge of hair care products, techniques, and trends.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with clients.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.
- Creative mindset with a passion for hairstyling and customer service.
- Team player who thrives in a collaborative environment.
- Basic knowledge of salon management software is a plus.
