CNC Machinist/Programmer

We are immediately interviewing and hiring a CNC Machinist/Programmer to perform custom machining work. 1st Shift with a stable, growing manufacturer in Exton, PA. Paying up to $35/hr. We are offering competitive starting pay rate with room to grow, overtime as needed, weekly pay and benefits.

Job Description: We are seeking a skilled CNC Machinist/Programmer responsible for operating, setting up, and programming CNC Mill and CNC Lathe machines using MasterCAM. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in CNC machining and programming (software and controls level), with a strong ability to read blueprints and a keen eye for detail.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC Mill and CNC Lathe machines efficiently.
• Program CNC machines using MasterCAM from step files.
• Read and interpret blueprints to guide machining processes.
• Ensure all machined parts meet specified quality standards.

Skills & Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in CNC Mill and CNC Lathe operation and setup.
• 3+ years of experience in CNC programming.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints.
• Experience with MasterCAM software.
• Experience with Catia is a plus.

Work Environment

Our manufacturing facility is focused on producing and inspecting high-quality aircraft sheet metal parts and assemblies. We pride ourselves on a clean, deadline-driven environment with friendly staff. We work closely with major clients in the aerospace and defense industries. The work schedule is Monday to Friday, from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM. Our facility is well equipped, including three brand new machines, including a 3-axis Mill and 2-axis Turning machine, ensuring a modern and efficient work environment.

Job Type & Location

This is a Permanent position based out of West Chester, PA.

Pay and Benefits
