Job Title: Wellness Associate - Himalayan Salt Cave/Holistic Wellness Center - Malvern, PA

We are a unique wellness destination dedicated to providing a rejuvenating and holistic experience through the healing properties of Himalayan salt utilizing halotherapy. Our state-of-the-art Himalayan Salt Cave offers a tranquil space for relaxation, natural therapies, and respiratory health. Our facility also features a retail space that offers a variety of Himalayan salt wellness products. As we continue to grow, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Associate to join our team and contribute to the continued success of our unique establishment.

Position Overview:

We are searching for a detail-oriented and highly organized Associate who will be instrumental in maintaining the wellness center's smooth and efficient day-to-day operations, while making sure our guests are satisfied.

Responsibilities:

• Foster a tidy, welcoming atmosphere for guests while promoting a sense of tranquility and well-being
• Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude
• Provide servicing of Himalayan Salt Cave and Detox Foot Bath sessions
• Set up and clean up wellness services before/after each appointment
• Address client inquiries and educate about the benefits of Himalayan salt, halotherapy, and Detox Foot Bath
• Appointment scheduling by e-mail, phone and in-person
• Handle phone and email inquiries in a professional and positive manner
• Enthusiastically share the benefits of retail products and motivate purchases
• Process client transactions utilizing Square point-of-sale

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in the wellness or hospitality industry
• Personable and outgoing communicator
• Enthusiastic about educating and engaging clients, and following up to meet their wellness needs
• Highly organized and ability to multi-task with ease
• Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality service
• Motivated team-player that thrives in an independent work environment
• A flexible schedule with availability to work Tuesdays & Wednesdays 10:30am-4:30pm, Thursdays 11:30am-3:30pm + occasional Saturdays 10:30am-4:30pm (roughly 15-20 hours/week+)
• Available to occasionally work an additional evening and/or weekend for larger group events is a plus
• Ability to bend and lift ~20lbs
• Reside within a 20-minute commute of Malvern, PA.

Education and Experience:

High school diploma or equivalent, relevant spa/retail experience, customer service, wellness a plus.
