Job Responsibilities:

• Provide expert knowledge and support for the company’s clinical applications.
• Conduct training sessions for healthcare professionals on the use of clinical products.
• Collaborate with the sales team to demonstrate the clinical value of products to potential clients.
• Collect and analyze feedback from users to improve product offerings and customer satisfaction.
• Assist in the development and execution of clinical protocols for product implementations.
• Participate in clinical research projects and contribute to manuscript preparation.
• Provide technical support and troubleshoot issues related to clinical applications.
• Stay updated on industry trends and innovations to ensure the company remains competitive.

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Life Sciences, Nursing, Healthcare).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to convey complex clinical concepts to diverse audiences.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.

• 2+ years of experience in a clinical application or related healthcare role.
• Experience working with medical devices or clinical software is highly preferred.
• Familiarity with ultrasound or imaging technologies is a plus.
• Previous experience in conducting training or educational programs is advantageous.
