Apartment Maintenance Technician – Sellersville, PA (18960)

Pay: Up to $22/hour (DOE)

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Career Strategies is seeking an experienced Apartment Maintenance Technician for a full-time position in Portland, OR. We are looking for a reliable, skilled technician who can handle day-to-day maintenance and unit turns.

Job Responsibilities:

• Complete maintenance work orders in a timely manner
• Perform unit turns and make-ready duties
• Painting, drywall repair, and basic carpentry
• Basic plumbing and electrical repairs
• Appliance troubleshooting and minor repairs
• Ensure overall property upkeep and cleanliness

Qualifications:

• Previous apartment maintenance experience required
• Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and general repairs
• Ability to work independently and manage priorities
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Reliable transportation required
• Own tools preferred
