Sample Fabrication and Finishing Associate (Wood Products)
Join us as a Sample Fabrication and Finishing Associate
Help us deliver top-quality architectural samples that set the tone for our projects. This role blends craftsmanship with process discipline, supporting our sample program from set-up to shipment.
Your impact
- Prepare and reset the workspace each day to ensure a safe, efficient operation
- Finish samples, submittal sets, and mock-ups with accuracy and consistency
- Grade and cut sample material/submittal stock to required dimensions
- Sand edges uniformly across all pieces
- Pack and label mock-ups and submittal sets according to guidelines, including notes for TUK(s) and re-coats
- Operate production and wood shop equipment under supervision
- Tally and maintain reSAWN Product & Flooring inventory

Nice to have
- Wood finishing experience
- Familiarity with standard wood manufacturing equipment
- Knowledge of Google Sheets
Physical requirements
- Lift up to 50 lbs safely
- Ability to kneel, lift, bend, twist, and push during routine tasks
- Stand and walk for an 8-hour shift
