Key ResponsibilitiesEmail Marketing & Campaign Execution

• Build and send email campaigns including newsletters, announcements, and product promotions

• Write engaging email copy that supports marketing initiatives and product campaigns

• Assist with planning and scheduling email campaigns throughout the year

• Monitor campaign performance and help identify opportunities to improve engagement

Social Media Management

• Plan and maintain the company’s social media content calendar

• Write, design, and schedule social media posts across key platforms

• Monitor engagement and respond to comments or messages when appropriate

• Help identify ways to strengthen Americhem’s social media presence and audience engagement

Content Creation

• Write blog articles and marketing content that support Americhem’s products, services, and industry expertise

• Create written content for product pages, promotional materials, and marketing campaigns

• Collaborate with the team to develop ideas for educational or industry-focused content

Marketing Support

• Create simple graphics using Canva for social media, emails, and marketing materials

• Assist in preparing sales presentations and marketing collateral using PowerPoint

• Support promotion for trade shows and industry events through email and social media

• Help coordinate marketing materials needed for industry events

Website & Digital Support

• Publish and update content on the company website using WordPress

• Make basic updates to existing pages and blog content

• Support SEO improvements such as optimizing page titles, meta descriptions, and content structure

What You Bring

• Strong writing and communication skills

• Ability to create engaging marketing content across multiple channels

• Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing tools

• Experience with Canva, PowerPoint, or similar design tools

• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple marketing tasks

Bonus Skills (Nice to Have)

• Experience working with WordPress

• Familiarity with Google Analytics (GA4) and marketing performance reporting

• Experience building and sending email campaigns

• Basic understanding of SEO and content marketing

• Writing a blog post related to cleaning solutions or facility care

• Publishing a new article or updating content in WordPress

• Preparing marketing materials for an upcoming trade show
