Senior Training Specialist – Contract
Location: On‑site, Philadelphia, PA 19148
Schedule: Full‑Time | M–F | 6:00 AM–2:00 PM
Duration: 12‑month contract (potential to extend)
Interview: MS Teams video
Pay Range: $60-$70hr DOE plus Benefits @ 90 days (healthcare/401k)
Role Summary:
Seeking a Senior Training Specialist to design and deliver high‑quality instructor‑led and eLearning training programs.
Top Skills:
- Training material development (manuals, presentations, online resources)
- ADDIE instructional design
- Articulate Storyline
Must Haves:
- 5+ years training content development experience
- eLearning and ILT materials (instructor guides, student guides, assessments)
- Strong collaboration and communication skills
Preferred:
- Instructional Technology or related degree
