❤️ What You'll Do

As a Certified Nursing Assistant, you'll provide direct resident care while helping create a safe, comfortable, and compassionate environment.

Responsibilities include:

• Assist residents with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, grooming, and dining
• Take and record vital signs
• Observe and report changes in resident condition
• Assist with mobility, transfers, and repositioning
• Maintain accurate documentation of resident care
• Work closely with nurses and the interdisciplinary team
• Provide emotional support and companionship to residents and families
• Help ensure residents receive the dignity, respect, and compassionate care they deserve

Qualifications

Required

• Current Alabama Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification
• Compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to speak, read, write, and understand English
• Ability to perform the essential physical requirements of the position

Preferred

• Previous long-term care, rehabilitation, or skilled nursing experience
• Experience with electronic medical records (EMR)
