Brunch Cook
Essential Functions

1. Responsible for manning the grill station, mainly preparing proteins and additional dishes that come off the station2. Working with the Executive Chef and the team to get out dishes off the station in a timely manner.
3. Keep clear communication with the others stations as well as expo station to ensure that tickets rise together
4. Manages mise en place ensuring proper quality, and communicating with the Executive team to ensure product touching tables is the highest quality
5. Maintains a clean and orderly cooking station and adhere to health and safety standards
6. Performs other duties as assigned.
7. Must have open availability on the weekends, with additional shifts to be picked as they are available during the week
Supervisory Responsibility
This position has no management responsibilities.
Physical Demands
The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds and occasionally push and/or pull up to 50 pounds. The employee will spend over 4 hours daily standing or walking .
Required Education and Experience- Degree from Culinary Arts school is preferred; may substitute additional experience for education.
- Excellent written and verbal communication and problem-solving skills
- Must be able to work flexible hours and days. Must exhibit top-notch teamwork.
