Commercial Track Hoe Operator

Dustin Nagy Excavating LLC is seeking an experienced Track Hoe Operator for full-time earthwork and site development projects. We are looking for an operator who understands grade, works safely around utilities, and takes pride in precision excavation.

This is not a “show up and dig” position – we are looking for someone who understands production, safety, and teamwork.

Key Responsibilities

· Operate excavators (track hoes) for:

o Site development and mass earthwork

o Trenching and utility installation

o Grading and fine finish work

· Read and interpret site plans, grade stakes, and elevations

· Excavate safety around existing utilities

· Perform daily equipment inspections and basic maintenance

· Follow OSHA excavation and trenching safety requirements

· Work closely with foreman and grade crew

· Maintain clean and organized jobsite practices

Qualifications / Requirements

· Must have excavator experience (earthwork preferred)

· Experience in trenching and utility excavation

· Ability to understand grades

· Knowledge of trench safety and soil conditions

· Strong work ethic and reliability

· Valid driver’s license required

· Must be at least 18 years of age

· Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screening

· Must be able to pass a background check, consistent with applicable law

· Ability to work overtime when needed
