Are you passionate about working with children and creating a fun, safe environment for them to learn and play?
The W Dale Brougher YMCA in Shrewsbury is looking for friendly and responsible individuals to join our Child Watch team. This role supports parents by providing short-term care for children while they use our facilities. Flexible scheduling is available, with morning, evening, and weekend shifts to fit your availability.
Employees enjoy FREE use of the facilities at all branches, including our outdoor pools, gym, and wellness center. Program discounts include FREE use of Child Watch up to 3 hours per day or Camp/School-Aged Child Care for your own children while you're working when available, and discounts on programs and lessons.
Obtain Criminal background check, Child Abuse Clearance, and FBI fingerprint clearance.
