We're seeking a future team member for the role of Senior Vice President, Digital Product Manager to join our Treasury Services team. This HYBRID (onsite/flex) role is located in Pittsburgh, PA. In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways: Product Development: Lead the product development for our online banking portal which includes requirements gathering, design, development, testing, and deployment. Product Strategy and Roadmap: Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy and roadmap for Treasury Services Digital Product, aligning with the company's overall business objectives. Customer/Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with clients and stakeholders to understand their needs, gather feedback, and ensure that our digital products deliver superior value and user experience. Innovation and Trends: Stay on top of the latest trends and innovations in financial technology, particularly in the Treasury space, and leverage this knowledge to drive product innovation. To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following: Bachelor's degree in finance, Business, Computer science, or a related field. MBA or relevant advanced degree is desirable. 8+ years of experience in product management, preferably within the financial services or fintech industry. Strong understanding of digital technologies, including web and mobile applications, APIs and data analytics. Deep understanding of customer needs and a commitment to delivering exceptional user experiences, along with excellent communication and analytical skills. At BNY, our culture speaks for itself.
