Commercial Roofing Supervisor

This is a permanent position as a Commercial Roofing Supervisor. The Commercial Roofing Supervisor will be responsible for supervising roofing crews in the safe and efficient installation, repair, and maintenance of flat roofing systems on commercial and industrial properties, ensuring all work aligns with AMG Restoration's quality standards, manufacturer specifications, and OSHA safety regulations, initial evaluation of construction sites, site-specific requirements to determine an appropriate roof assembly and reporting the initial evaluation information to Construction Manager, reviewing and implementing manufacturer specifications and project submittals to ensure code-compliant installation and warranty eligibility, ensuring using and maintenance of technical equipment, including robotic welders, handheld seamers, fastener pull testers, and moisture detection tools, ordering missing materials, enforcing strict compliance with OSHA 1926 standards and AMG Restoration's safety protocols across all active job sites, conducting and documenting daily jobsite safety meetings, hazard assessments, and equipment inspections, ensuring fall protection plans are implemented and actively maintained using appropriate systems (PFAS, warning lines, anchor points, etc.). Continuous professional involvement is also expected.

This position requires a High school degree, a minimum 24 months of experience as Roofing foreman in combination with roofing laborer, a minimum 12 months experience supervising roofers. May include 6 months on-the-job training in roofing construction, roofing repair, related. Ability to read blueprints, specifications, and manufacturer technical data sheets, ability to lift up to 75 lbs, climb ladders, and work outdoors in all weather conditions. Knowledge of the Russian language is required. Partial travel will be required around the US and Hawaii. A valid driver's license is required.
