Summary: The Sales Representative is responsible for growing and developing the sales and margins of Raphael Stone collection for Quartz and Natural stone by specifying materials to Fabrication Shops, Show rooms, Commercial contractors, builders, developers and property management companies located within an assigned geographic territory.
Duties and responsibilities:
_Previous experience and knowledge of the Stone Industry
-Knowledgeable and comfortable with hunting for new high capacity accounts in above market segments
-Quotes prices and prepares sales contracts for customer orders
-Estimates date of delivery to customer, based on knowledge of company’s delivery schedules and inventory avaiability
- Investigates and resolves customer claims/problems with deliveries, returns and credits
- Review and analyze various sales reports to identify sales potential with current customers and potential new customers
- Experience with Commercial Sales targeting large commercial contractors, builders / property management, and developers.
-Valid driver’s license.
- Excellent sales and negotiation skills
- Good communication and people skills
- Confidence and motivation to work toward targets
