Well Service Foreman (Working Foreman)
Job Overview
We are hiring a hands-on Well Service Foreman to lead crews in the field while actively performing the work. This is a working foreman position , not a desk role. You will operate equipment, including skid steers and excavators , oversee daily field operations, and ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to customer standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and work alongside the crew daily
- Operate skid steers, excavators, and related equipment
- Ensure crew safety and compliance with jobsite requirements
- Coordinate daily work plans, staffing, and equipment
- Communicate with supervisors and clients on job progress
- Complete daily equipment and vehicle inspections
- Manage timekeeping and daily paperwork (logs, JSAs, MOBs)
- Prep crews, materials, and equipment for next-day work
- Train and mentor crew members to company standards
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience as a foreman or lead in well services or similar field operations
- Strong experience operating skid steers and excavators
- Willingness to perform hands-on labor as needed
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
