Franchise Business Development Manager
to lead the growth and expansion of the GTO franchise network. This role is responsible for
identifying, recruiting, and onboarding qualified franchise partners while supporting the successful
launch and early-stage development of new franchise locations.
This individual will play a critical role in scaling the GTO brand by building strong relationships,
driving franchise sales, and ensuring new franchisees are set up for operational success. Key Responsibilities - Identify, qualify, and recruit prospective franchise partners
- Manage the full franchise sales cycle from lead generation through closing
- Conduct discovery calls, presentations, and in-person meetings with candidates
- Represent GTO at franchise expos, industry events, and networking opportunities
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified franchise prospects
- Guide new franchisees through onboarding and startup processes
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth franchise launches
- Provide early-stage operational and business support to new franchise owners
- Build strong, long-term relationships with franchise partners
- Collaborate with leadership to refine franchise development strategy
- Identify new markets and expansion opportunities
- Track and report key metrics related to franchise growth and performance Travel Requirements Travel is required for franchise prospect meetings, site visits, onboarding support, and industry
events.
Estimated travel: 30%–50% depending on growth initiatives. Qualifications
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or franchise development
- Strong ability to build relationships and close deals
- Experience in service-based or franchise industries preferred
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and highly organized
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with leadership
