Receiving Admin – Wind Gap, PA
Location: Wind Gap, PA
Company: Midway Staffing
Schedule: Monday–Friday, Full-Time
Pay: Competitive, based on experience

Midway Staffing is actively hiring a Receiving Admin to support operations at one of our key client locations in Wind Gap, PA. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and experience in a fast-paced warehouse or distribution environment.

Responsibilities:

• Accurately enter incoming shipment data into internal systems

• Verify and reconcile inbound shipments against purchase orders

• Maintain organized receiving logs and documentation

• Communicate with internal teams regarding inventory discrepancies

• Assist with basic inventory tracking and administrative tasks

• Coordinate with receiving team and leadership to ensure timely processing

Requirements:

• Previous administrative or receiving experience in a warehouse or logistics setting

• Proficient with Microsoft Excel and general computer skills

• Strong organizational and time management abilities

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
