Unarmed Security Officer – Weekend Shifts

Pay: $19–$22/hour

+$0.50/hour military & veteran differential

KRE Security, LLC is hiring Unarmed Security Officers for a quiet, controlled client site in Schuylkill County, Pennsylvania. This position is ideal for experienced security officers, veterans, retired law enforcement, or dependable guards seeking consistent weekend work .

Schedule – Weekend Security Shifts

• Saturday–Sunday
• 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM
• 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM
• 10:00 PM - 6:00AM
• Multiple weekend shifts available
• Consistent schedule — no last-minute call-ins

What You’ll Be Doing

• Provide professional unarmed security at a client facility
• Conduct foot patrols and monitor access points
• Perform access control and visitor screening
• Observe, document, and report incidents
• Maintain a visible, professional presence
• Complete daily activity and incident reports (Belfry Software)
• Communicate clearly with supervisors and site contacts
• Follow post orders and confidentiality requirements

Requirements

• 1+ year experience in one or more of the following:
  • Security guard / private security
  • Law enforcement or corrections
  • Military or government service
• Must be 21 years of age or older
• High school diploma or GED
• Valid driver’s license & reliable transportation
• Ability to use mobile devices for reporting
• Strong communication and observation skills
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
• Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather
• Must pass background check
  (FBI fingerprinting completed upon offer)

Bilingual candidates are a plus but not required.

Pay & Benefits

• $19–$22/hour , based on experience
• Overtime pay for hours over 40/week
• Veterans and active-duty service members receive +$0.50/hour
