Job Summary

If you're interested in a Growth Room Helper job, then this is the best role for you. This role participates in projects seeded in growth room facilities: filling pots, seeding, maintenance of canola plants, cross pollinating, self-pollinating, harvesting, and threshing.

Job Description

• Filling pots and flats, washing pots, stake, cleaning hallway and facility, and other tasks as needed.
• Organizing and cleaning warehouse and maintenance
• Assist with daily activities which may include harvesting, threshing of plants and cleaning and organization of materials and facilities.
• Washing lab coats and other tasks as needed.
• Notify Operational supervisor(s) when issues arise with facility.
• Comply with company's Safety standards and participate in required/designated safety programs.
• Maintenance and organization of growth rooms.
• Other duties as assigned.
• Following our safety rules and Standard Operating Procedures-edit SOPs.
• General computer work.

Skills Required

• Relevant Willingness to work in varied weather conditions (cool or hot).
• Willingness to work on repetitive tasks.
• Possess strong ability to work accurately and pay attention to detail.
• Outstanding organizational skills and ability to prioritize daily.

Education/Training/Certifications

• High school diploma.

Additional Requirements

• Must be able to pass criminal background checks.
• Willingness to work overtime in evenings/weekends at peak season.
• Shift: 08:30 AM

Pay Rate/Salary

• Estimated Salary: CAD $11.00 to CAD $17.64 per hour based on qualifications.
