Front Desk and Clinic Support Staff
Location: Altheda Medical Center
Schedule: Part-time, weekday availability required
Compensation Details:
- Hourly ($16-$18/hr)
- Annual Paid Sick Leave - up to 5 days (in accordance with ACPSLO)

Altheda Medical Center is a fast-growing outpatient healthcare organization focused on building strong operational systems and future healthcare leaders. We are intentionally hiring early-career candidates and students who are interested in healthcare administration, operations, and long-term management growth rather than short-term clinical credentialing.
This is an entry-level, hands-on role designed to evaluate fit, work ethic, adaptability, and alignment before any advancement. It is ideal for individuals who want to learn how a healthcare organization actually runs from the ground up.
Role Overview:
This role begins at the front desk and expands into clinic support as competency is demonstrated. Team members will work directly with patients, administrative systems, and clinical workflows. Over time, strong performers may be cross-trained on floor operations including lab support and vaccine management.
This position is intentionally part-time and hourly. Advancement is earned based on performance, not tenure.
Key Responsibilities:
- Front desk operations including patient check-in, scheduling, phone communication, and basic administrative tasks.
- Patient-facing communication in a fast-paced clinical environment.
- Support of clinic workflows and operational coordination.
- Cross-training opportunities on floor support tasks such as labs, vaccines, and rooming as skills develop.
- Adherence to clinic protocols, professionalism standards, and teamwork expectations.

Advancement Path:
High-performing team members may be considered for expanded operational responsibilities and, over time, management-track roles involving training and supervising staff. Advancement is selective and offered, not promised.
