Senior Accountant POST NUMBER: 473471
The position is located in the West Chester, PA, suburbs and offers a hybrid schedule (3 days in office, 2 days remote). Key Responsibilities
- Perform day-to-day General Ledger accounting activities
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
- Strong Bank reconciliation work.
- Support financial reporting in accordance with GAAP
- Have previous accounting experience working for a manufacturing company.
- Assist with inventory management controls and audits
- Prepare and analyze gross margin reporting for senior management
- Support pricing and valuation analysis related to transactional accounting
- Work in a deadline-driven environment while contributing to process improvements
- Collaborate with and support a growing accounting team
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting
- 3-6 years of experience within a manufacturing or distribution company
- Experience with a large ERP accounting system.
- Strong Excel skills
- Solid understanding of GAAP and financial reporting requirements
- Detail-oriented, deadline-driven, and eager to learn in a fast-growing environment
