HVAC Service Technician | Camp Hill, PA | Local Service Area

$35.00 to 40.00 hourly + SPIFFS | Top techs earn $85,000-104,000 annually

Pronto Plumbing is looking for an experienced HVAC Service Technician to join our team serving homeowners throughout the Camp Hill and greater Harrisburg area.

This role is focused primarily on residential service with some light commercial work. We keep our service area tight, so most calls stay within 15-30 miles. You won't be spending your day driving all over the state.

We're looking for someone who takes pride in their work, communicates well with customers, and can confidently guide homeowners through repairs, and system concerns without the high-pressure sales approach.

Hours : Monday through Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm with overtime as required

What You'll Do:

• Diagnose and repair residential HVAC systems
• Perform maintenance and service calls
• Troubleshoot system issues efficiently
• Complete service documentation accurately
• Build trust with homeowners through clear communication and professional service
• Maintain a clean, safe workspace and company van

What We're Looking for:

• 3-5 years or more HVAC residential service experience
• Nate certification is preferred
• EPA Universal is required
• Ability to size HVAC equipment according to current industry standards and best practices
• Familiarity with ServiceTitan is a plus
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Dependable, organized, and comfortable communicating directly with homeowners

Physical Requirements:

• Frequent standing, walking, bending, squatting, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Comfortable working at heights, on ladders, and in crawl spaces
• Ability to work in various weather conditions while wearing PPE
