Are you passionate about helping students thrive in a supportive and meaningful way? CriticareCare is hiring Full-Time Personal Care Assistants (PCAs) to provide 1:1 care and support to students with special needs in the Kennett Square, PA area for the current school year.

We’re looking for caring, reliable, and dedicated individuals ready to make a positive impact in students’ lives.

As a PCA, you’ll:
✔Provide individualized care and support throughout the school day
✔ Assist with classroom engagement, behavior management, and daily routines
✔ Support students with navigation, toileting, feeding, and mobility needs
✔ Be a part of a collaborative team environment that values your contributions

Requirements:

CPR certification

PPD or Chest X-ray for TB screening results

Background checks (PA Criminal, FBI Fingerprints & PA Child Abuse)

References upon Request

At least 1 Year of Caregiving/Pediatric Care Experience (preferred)

Pay: $20.00-$23.00 per hour
