About Us:
At Falcon Hill Camp, we believe in creating a fun, safe, and enriching environment where young children can grow, explore, and thrive. Our summer program serves children ages 3-13 and is packed with exciting activities, outdoor play, crafts, and hands-on learning — and we’re looking for energetic, caring, and creative Camp Counselors to join our team!

Falcon Hill Camp is hosted by Holy Child School at Rosemont, an independent, Catholic, coeducational school located west of Philadelphia in the heart of the Main Line. We celebrate the “joy of achievement” by developing confidence, character, and leadership skills in our students, and we prepare them for success in a forward thinking, family-oriented school, from 2 years 7 months through 8th grade.

Summary:
As a Head Camp Counselor supporting both our Falcon and Kinder Camps, you’ll be a role model and leader for children ages 3–6 years old. You’ll help plan and lead daily activities, ensure safety and supervision, and foster a joyful camp atmosphere where every child feels seen, supported, and encouraged.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Supervise and engage with children during indoor and outdoor activities.

• Assist with planning and implementing age-appropriate games, crafts, and educational activities.

• Maintain a safe, clean, and positive environment at all times.

• Help with snacks, rest time, transitions, and bathroom breaks as needed.

• Communicate effectively with fellow staff and parents.

• Handle minor conflicts or issues with patience and care.

• Be a positive role model, promoting respect, kindness, and cooperation.

Education, Experience, and Qualifications:

• Must be at least 18 years old

• Prior experience working with children in settings such as schools, camps, or daycares.

• Be enthusiastic, responsible, and dependable.

• Ability to be active, playful, and outdoors in various weather conditions.

• CPR/First Aid certification a plus

Required upon hire:
Completed Background Checks (FBI, Child Abuse, Criminal, NSOR)
