Wellness and Recovery Specialist ( some weekends required)
Location: iCRYO Wexford – Pine Tree Shoppes, Wexford, PA
Pay: $23/hour + uncapped commissions
iCRYO Wexford is seeking an energetic, people-focused team member with an interest in wellness and recovery services. This role focuses on client engagement, education, and delivery of recovery-based modalities in a supportive, fast-paced environment.
What You’ll Do
Greet and engage guests to create an exceptional in-center experience
Deliver wellness and recovery services such as cryotherapy, red light therapy, and other modalities
Educate clients on services, memberships, and personalized wellness recommendations
Support client goals through consistent, high-quality care
Maintain a clean, safe, and professional wellness environment
What We’re Looking For
Minimum 3 years of experience in wellness, fitness, sports, or recovery environments
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Team-oriented with flexible availability
Availability to work 8–25 hours biweekly
