Receptionist
The Receptionist serves as the first point of contact for our callers, providing a welcoming and professional experience. This role is essential in ensuring smooth daily operations by directing inquiries, and supporting administrative tasks. The Receptionist plays a key part in creating a positive impression and supporting the overall efficiency of the organization. This job is a at home position.
Responsibilities
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls to appropriate staff members
- Perform basic administrative tasks such as data entry
- Provide general information to visitors and callers as needed
