General Production Worker

Hiring now in the Philadelphia, PA area for General Production Workers for a FULL TIME job opportunity. We are seeking a high-energy, detail-oriented, and positive individual to join our production bundling team. This role involves allocating components for custom garments to individual bins for production, ensuring accuracy and completeness in all orders. This is a LONG TERM job opportunity, does PAY WEEKLY, and looking to INTERVIEW IMMEDIATELY.

Responsibilities

• Count and sort items, including labels, letters, and fabrics, per specific order instructions.
• Provide counts/issues at the end of the day to the Production Manager.
• Safely operate a heat press machine and lamination machine.
• Read customer specification sheets and communicate any differences or concerns to the Production Manager.
• Bundle, package, and palletize products according to specifications.
• Inspect products for quality issues before packaging.
• Accurately apply labels, tags, and shipping documentation.
• Operate packaging equipment and hand tools safely.
• Maintain production and packaging records as required.
• Move materials and finished goods using pallet jacks or other material-handling equipment.
• Keep work areas clean and organized, following safety guidelines.
• Collaborate closely with production, warehouse, and shipping teams to meet daily goals.
• Report equipment malfunctions, shortages, or quality concerns to supervisors.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Philadelphia, PA.

The pay range for this position is $16.50 - $16.50/hr.
