As an Account Representative for Christopher Rowe - State Farm Agent, you play a crucial role in supporting our sales efforts and ensuring client satisfaction. - Assist clients with policy applications, renewals, and changes.

- Support sales initiatives by identifying opportunities to cross-sell or upsell relevant products.
- Maintain accurate and organized records of client interactions and transactions.
- Address client inquiries promptly and professionally, ensuring timely resolutions.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to multitask effectively.
- Previous experience in customer service or sales is preferred.
