- Oversee the daily operation of the costume and wardrobe team, ensuring a safe and efficient environment while delivering exceptional guest satisfaction through personalized attention and service.
- Monitor daily operations to ensure adherence to procedures; coach and empower the team, offering constructive feedback and ensure accountability to promote a FUN environment.
- Design, Construct, and Maintain all aspects of show and atmospheric costumes.
- Coordinate and perform location training and daily feedback to performers and costume team .
- Foster a positive team environment to enhance associate retention, motivation, and morale.
- Ensure timecards and daily office tasks are completed in a timely manner .
