International Tax Consultant
Kforce has a client in Philadelphia, PA that is seeking an International Tax Consultant. Responsibilities:
- Prepare and support complex international and cross-border tax filings and related workpapers
- Assist with calculations related to intercompany charges, allocations, or fees and support related billing or documentation
- Review periodic international tax reporting packages for foreign or affiliated entities to ensure accuracy and consistency
- Prepare quarterly and annual reconciliation schedules related to international tax rates, income, or adjustments
- Assist with quarterly and year-end international tax analyses, including income classifications, foreign source income, and uncertain tax positions
- Conduct research on international and domestic tax matters of moderate complexity and summarize findings
- Support the preparation and maintenance of transfer pricing documentation for intercompany transactions
- Participate in special projects related to accounting, reporting, or tax compliance as assigned
- Collaborate with internal teams to support accurate reporting and compliance across jurisdictions
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- 1-3+ years of experience in public accounting, tax advisory, or an in-house tax function within a multinational environment
- CPA or advanced degree preferred
- Working knowledge of tax research and compliance tools or similar financial systems
- Basic understanding of international tax concepts and cross-border transactions
- General familiarity with U.S. tax principles
- Strong organizational, analytical, and written/verbal communication skills
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented setting with minimal supervision
