-
Lead enterprise- and business-level risk assessments, root cause analyses, mitigation planning, and ongoing risk reviews to assess program effectiveness and inform continuous improvement.
-
Drive a culture of credo-based and principles-driven decision-making, reinforcing accountability, integrity, and ethical leadership at all levels of the organization.
-
Advance compliance by design, partnering with the business to integrate compliance considerations into processes, systems, and operating models in ways that enable speed and scalability.
-
Ensure appropriate governance, escalation, and issue management, including coordination with Legal, Regulatory Affairs, Government Contracting & Compliance, Finance, and Human Resources for investigations, corrective actions, and consistent discipline where required.
-
Partner with colleagues to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment of government reporting and transparency obligations.
-
Contribute to the evolution of the Innovative Medicine compliance operating model, supporting the shift toward risk-based oversight, targeted monitoring, and data-informed decision-making.
-
Manage, coach, and develop direct reports, fostering a high-performing, trusted compliance team capable of operating effectively in a complex matrix environment.
-
Represent the organization externally, as appropriate, through collaboration with industry associations or external forums to inform and influence evolving industry standards and practices.
-
Sponsor and lead cross-functional initiatives that advance healthcare compliance effectiveness and business outcomes.
