Java Technical Lead

Akkodis is seeking a Java Technical Lead for a Contract with a client in Malvern, PA. You will design and automate AWS infrastructure, build and integrate REST APIs, and support production environments through code reviews, microservices development, and continuous delivery pipelines .

Rate Range: $55/hour to $60/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

Java Technical Lead job responsibilities include:

• Develop and integrate REST APIs using Python, Agentic AI, and AWS services including Lambda, DynamoDB, S3, and EC2.

• Build, automate, and maintain AWS cloud infrastructure using CloudFormation, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps tools.

• Design and implement microservices architectures, ensuring high‑quality unit testing with JUnit and Cucumber.

• Create scripts and automation workflows for data migration and change‑data capture leveraging AWS Lambda.

• Optimize data processing using PySpark, parallel streams, and filtering techniques for efficient client search operations.

• Support production environments through code reviews, troubleshooting, performance tuning, and best‑practice guidance.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related technical field.

• 6–8 years of hands‑on experience in Python, AWS, REST API development, and Agentic AI.

• Strong client requirement: Proven ability to design, develop, and integrate scalable cloud‑native solutions using AWS services.

• Strong client requirement: Expertise in developing microservices, automating infrastructure with CI/CD pipelines, and supporting production environments.

Pay Details: $55.00 to $60.00 per hour
