Imagine starting your shift in a close-knit shop where seasoned machinists greet you by name and are ready to help you master new setups. You review a job ticket, load tooling on a Nakamura 2–4 axis lathe, check offsets, and verify a G-code tweak you learned during yesterday’s one-on-one coaching. Before lunch, you pivot to a Citizen or Tsugami Swiss lathe, troubleshoot a minor issue, and keep production moving. That’s a typical day at Quality Machined Products and Manufacturing Inc. The work

• Operate and set up CNC turning centers (Nakamura, 2–4 axis)
• Run Swiss-style equipment (Citizen, Tsugami)
• Apply G-Code knowledge and assist with edits as needed
• Troubleshoot equipment and collaborate on repairs
• Assist with CNC machine installation and maintenance

What you bring

• Experience operating CNC lathes (any level)
• Strength in equipment troubleshooting and general troubleshooting skills
• Hands-on familiarity with CNC tooling
• Background in CNC machine repair and installation a plus
• Comfort working with G-Code
