We're hiring a Field Operations Associate to support daily operations across both office and field sites. This role is ideal for a self-motivated, proactive professional who thrives working independently, takes initiative, and enjoys variety in their day to day work. You'll help coordinate logistics, supplies, and communication across job sites in six eastern PA counties.

What you'll do

• Provide on-site support and logistics, lead teams for field projects, and ensure smooth day to day operations.
• Conduct site visits to confirm quality assurance and compliance with company standards.
• Maintain field equipment, oversee inventory, and manage delivery/transport of items and supplies.
• Assist with scheduling, reporting, and special projects while keeping accurate records.
• Act as a bridge between staff, vendors, and leadership to ensure updates and information flow seamlessly.
• Confirm timecard accuracy against assigned hours.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED (associates or bachelor's preferred)
• Bilingual in Spanish
• Professional communication skills
• Able to work independently with strong initiative
• Organized, tech savvy, and comfortable with Google Drive, spreadsheets, and communication tools.
• Valid driver's license (company vehicle provided)
