Data Entry Specialist
Job Overview:
Contemporary Staffing Solutions is seeking a Data Entry Specialist to support our client by ensuring accurate preparation and routing of claim information during a period of increased volume. This onsite role in King of Prussia, PA is ideal for someone who thrives in a structured, fast-paced environment and enjoys detailed, quality-focused work. As a temporary team member, you will help streamline front-end workflows and maintain timely processing standards. Your contributions will directly support operational stability and prevent delays in downstream claim activities.
Compensation:
$20.00/hour
Work Schedule:
Monday–Friday, normal business hours
Key Responsibilities of the Data Entry Specialist:
- Review incoming claim records and verify member information for accuracy
- Correct data discrepancies using established processes and system guidelines
- Prepare claim files for successful intake and downstream processing
- Maintain high quality and productivity levels within a high-volume workload
- Escalate complex or unresolved issues according to procedural standards
- Strong computer proficiency and ability to learn new systems quickly
- High attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Previous experience performing data entry or data verification
- Consistent focus on quality and adherence to established workflows
