Are you a passionate, faith-driven leader with a heart for young children and a calling to Christian education?
Our growing Delaware County Christian Early Learning Center is seeking a Director to lead our program with excellence, vision, and grace.
About the Role:
As Director, you will oversee daily operations, guide teachers and staff, and ensure a nurturing, Christ-centered environment where every child can grow spiritually, academically, socially, and emotionally. You will work closely with families and church leadership to carry out the mission of providing a strong biblical foundation alongside high-quality early childhood education.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide spiritual and instructional leadership for staff and students
- Oversee curriculum and classroom practices that reflect Christian values
- Maintain licensing and accreditation standards
- Partner with parents to support the spiritual and developmental growth of each child
- Manage enrollment, budgeting, and staff development
- Foster a joyful, safe, and faith-filled learning community
Qualifications:
- Degree in Early Childhood Education or related field
- State of PA Director credentials or equivalent experience in early learning leadership
- Demonstrated faith in Jesus Christ and alignment with Christian values and mission
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Experience working with young children and families in a school or ministry setting
