Opportunity Highlights

·Earn up to $550,000 base salary with an additional $25K increase for head/neck fellowship training

·Enjoy manageable 1:4 call rotation shared evenly among providers

·Practice well-rounded Adult ENT medicine with minimal pediatric patients

·The incoming ENT will work for a top 15 not-for-profit health system recognized nationally

·Join an established team of 3 physicians, 1 APP, and 4 audiologists

·Balance your schedule with 3 clinical days and 2 OR days weekly

·Provide care for approximately 20 patients daily with structured appointment times

·Receive additional incentives, including production bonuses up to $65/wRVU
