Requirements
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related disciplines preferred but not mandatory.
- Open to fresh graduates and career changers without prior QA experience.
Technical Skills:
- Basic knowledge of software testing methodologies (training included).
- Familiarity with computer applications like Microsoft Office.
- Understanding of manual and automated testing concepts is a plus.
Soft Skills:
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Self-motivation and ability to work independently in a remote setting.
Additional Requirements:
- Availability to participate in a paid training program prior to placement.
