Job Title: Clinical Research Nurse

Position Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and patient-focused Clinical Research Nurse to support clinical trial activities. This role involves direct patient interaction, accurate data collection, and adherence to regulatory and protocol requirements in a clinical research setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care and support for clinical trial participants

• Conduct patient screening and assist with recruitment efforts

• Perform chart reviews and pre-screening to identify eligible participants

• Collect and document adverse events in accordance with study protocols

• Accurately enter and manage clinical trial data using electronic data capture (EDC) systems

• Ensure compliance with Good Clinical Practice (GCP) guidelines and regulatory standards

• Collaborate with study teams, investigators, and regulatory personnel to ensure successful study execution

Required Qualifications:

• Registered Nurse (RN) or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)

• Minimum of 2+ years of nursing experience in a healthcare setting

• Experience with patient-facing responsibilities and data entry

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous clinical research or clinical trial experience

• Experience with chart review, patient recruitment, and pre-screening

• Familiarity with GCP guidelines and EDC systems

• Oncology experience is a plus

Certifications & Training:

• CITI Program certification and IATA training required within 3 months of hire

• Research certification through a professional organization required within 1 year of hire

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Wynnewood, PA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00/hr.
