Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and innovative Custom Software Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing custom software solutions tailored to meet specific business needs. This role requires a strong understanding of software development principles, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement custom software solutions based on client requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze project requirements.
• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following best practices.
• Test and debug software to ensure functionality and performance.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for software applications.
• Stay updated with the latest technologies and industry trends to enhance software development processes.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience in software development and programming languages such as Java, Python, C#, or similar.
• Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and methodologies.
• Experience with database management systems and SQL.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

Pay Range: $55 - $60

The specific compensation for this position will be determined by several factors, including the scope, complexity, and location of the role, as well as the cost of labor in the market; the skills, education, training, credentials, and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment.
