Responsibilities

As an LPN with our organization, your responsibilities will include:

• Providing direct patient care under the guidance of a professional registered nurse (RN)

• Administering medications, treatments, and performing various medical procedures as needed

• Monitoring patient vital signs and reporting changes to RNs or physicians

• Assisting with ADLs (activities of daily living) and mobilitizing patients

• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records and reports

• Collaborating with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans

• Providing emotional support and comfort to patients and their families

Requirements

• Current LPN licensure in the state of Pennsylvania
