Office Assistant - New Opening!
Allied Personnel Services is seeking candidates for an Office Assistant opening! This temp to hire opportunity offers full time hours, 8a-5p, Mon-Fri. Pay is $20.00/hr.
In this role you will be responsible for providing the first impression to company visitors and support the office manager:
- answer phones
- welcome and maintain the flow of visitors
- keep up w/ filing and sorting of mail (USPS, FedEx, UPS); prep outgoing packages
- order and organize supplies
- ensure the front office, conference rooms and restrooms are neat and clean
- maintain employee contact data
Candidates for this role must have 2+ years experience in an office support role. Successful candidates will have a keen attention to detail, good organization and time management skills, effective communication skills, and MS office experience.
