Sheet metal supervisor

We are seeking a hands-on, detail-oriented Working Shop Supervisor to lead our team in Warminster, PA.

In this role, you won't just sit behind a desk—you’ll actively balance shop leadership with direct fabrication. The ideal candidate brings a background in sheet metal shop operations, equipment operation (shear, press brakes, CNC punch), and high-quality TIG welding on light-gauge stainless steel.
