Our charter school client is seeking a PA Certified School Psychologist (FBAs Only)- Delaware County, PA.

The Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) will be paid out per assessment completed.

CLIENT'S REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
* A Master's degree in School Psychology from an accredited program.
* Valid Pennsylvania School Psychologist Certification issued by the Pennsylvania Department of Education (PDE)
* Demonstrated mastery of PA Chapter 14 regulations, specifically in developing Positive Behavior Support Plans (PBSP).
* Proven experience in systematic data collection (ABC, frequency, duration) and identifying the clinical function of behaviors.

SUMMARY OF CLIENT'S DESCRIPTION OF THIS OPPORTUNITY:
* Conduct comprehensive FBAs as a Pennsylvania Department of Education (PDE) certified School Psychologist, ensuring all evaluations meet Chapter 14 regulatory standards for identifying student needs.
* Perform systematic observations across multiple educational settings (structured and unstructured) and collect direct data on antecedents, behaviors, and maintaining consequences as required for PA state compliance.
* Synthesize FBA data to develop a clear hypothesis and directly inform a Positive Behavior Support Plan (PBSP) that utilizes research-based, positive techniques rather than aversive techniques.
* Lead or participate in MDT/IEP meetings to present FBA findings, ensuring that the resulting behavior supports are integrated into the student's Individualized Education Program (IEP) within state-mandated timelines.
