Step onto second or third shift in New Kensington, PA and make an immediate impact at Quality Machined Products and Manufacturing Inc. (QMP). In our small, collaborative environment, you will run multi‑axis CNC turning centers, learn advanced setups, and grow toward programming with one‑on‑one mentorship from seasoned machinists who are invested in your success.

A day in the life

• Review traveler and print, load tools, set offsets, and produce first‑article parts on 2–4 axis CNC lathes (Nakamura).
• Cross‑train on CNC Swiss turning centers (Citizen, Tsugami) to broaden your capabilities.
• Tweak G‑Code as needed, verify quality, and keep work moving safely and efficiently.
• Troubleshoot issues, change tooling, and assist with light repair and machine installation tasks.
• Collaborate with supportive coworkers who care about craftsmanship and throughput.

What you bring

• Any level of experience operating CNC lathes—early career to seasoned pro.
• Comfort with CNC tooling and a knack for equipment troubleshooting.
• Interest or experience in CNC machine repair and installation.
• Ability to read/adjust G‑Code and a curiosity to keep learning.

• G‑Code and standard inspection tools
