We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Group Leader to support and guide young individuals in their personal and academic development. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with youth and a commitment to fostering a positive and encouraging environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide one-on-one mentoring to youth, helping them set and achieve personal and academic goals.
- Develop and implement engaging activities that promote personal growth, self-esteem, and social skills.
- Foster a safe and supportive environment for youth to express themselves and share their challenges.
- Collaborate with parents, teachers, and community organizations to ensure comprehensive support for each mentee.
- Monitor and track the progress of mentees, providing feedback and encouragement.
- Serve as a positive role model, demonstrating effective communication and problem-solving skills.
The position is part-time, with hours from 2:00 pm to 6:00 pm, Monday to Fridays. We have several locations for this position, all of them in the area of Norris Square, near to Fishtown.

Requirements:Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Experience working with youth in educational or community settings.

- Knowledge of youth development principles and best practices.
