Lead Financial Associate

A leading investment advisory firm dedicated to providing exceptional financial solutions to our clients. We are seeking a highly motivated and strategic Lead Financial Associate to join our dynamic team.

Responsibilities:

• Financial Analysis: Conduct in-depth financial analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and potential risks, providing recommendations to optimize financial performance.
• Investment Research: Research and analyze investment opportunities, including stocks, bonds, and other asset classes, to identify potential investments that align with client goals and risk tolerance.
• Portfolio Management: Assist in the management of client portfolios, ensuring that investment strategies are implemented effectively and in accordance with client objectives.
• Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing personalized financial advice and support.
• FP&A: Develop and manage financial models, budgets, forecasts, and performance reports to support investment decisions, risk assessments, and strategic planning.
• Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory requirements, including SEC and FINRA rules.
• Ad-hoc Analysis: Conduct ad-hoc financial analyses as needed to address specific client inquiries or support decision-making.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in financial services, preferably in the investment advisory industry
• Strong financial analysis skills, including proficiency in Excel
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively present complex financial information to clients
• Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• A strategic mindset and the ability to identify and capitalize on financial opportunities
• Series 65 or 7 license required
